Seats on plane were smaller than on the way out. Not as wide & not enough leg room. Found it very uncomfortable. We were near the middle & by the time they got to us food of our choice had gone

The 2 female easy jet reps by gate 1 and 2 were extremely rude to me, didn’t make eye contact and abruptly shooed me over to where I had to go, other than that the flight crew were lovely.

Boarding was great leg room good. Food I won’t pay for microwaved food, drinks expensive, but flight up along and landing great.

I got screwed because they would not let me put my bag that always goes above the seat and I had to pay more to put it under the plane. There were plenty of spaces on the plane for my luggage. Also the day before I tried to check in on line and could not do it. They gave me a phone number in Italy to call that was not in service. I went to the airport to be there two hours ahead to make sure of checking in and getting my bag on board as they say on their website only to find out they did not open till one and a half hours before the flight. The ticket agent was rude and could care less about me or my problem. I will never fly this airline again and I am doubting using KAYAK again. I really thought you people had you act together as I learned about you from a friend.
