Qantas serves tasteless food that is neither hot nor cold in business class; its lounges are the worst of any airline i'm familiar with; and its Finnair planes have old fashioned beds in business class that don't lie flat. A big disappointment.

The crew was very friendly and attentive. I had a lot of trouble watching a movie though. The voice track was not working at all. The crew reset the TV monitor twice with no success. Finally I was given a headphone set from the business class and this corrected the problem. It just took about an hour before that solution was made. I didn't get to finish my movie because of that.

we were concerned about the length of time we would be onboard from Perth - Paris but the movies and entertainment were good so the time went quickly and the flight was ahead of time.
