Pleasant flight although the boarding gate is further away at the terminal extension.

The plane was clean and on time

I was upgraded to economy plus and I was thankful for that. But late I noticed that my seat could not extend to rest and sleep. On the contrary a young man who was in front of me could extend his chair more than 100%. Therefore, I could not move not sleep the whole trip and I suffer from escoliosis. I will always remember your airline.
