Food selection and entertainment choices were great. The seats were horrible, specifically the amount of leg room. Stop being greedy and trying to jam as many people into a plane as possible. I'm over 2m tall, so I understand I'm on the high end of the spectrum, but even my 5'9" daughter was cramped, and when the people in front of us had their seats reclined it was almost impossible for her to get out of the row. My knees were in agony for most of the flight, no matter how much I shifted. It's inhumane, especially on long flights, to not give passengers adequate leg room. Giving each row an additional 3" of room would elevate Qatar to a level where I would happily fly with them again.

My experience was not satisfactory. The check-in and boarding counter process was extremely slow, which caused significant delays and frustration. In addition, I had pre-booked seats for myself and my wife through the app. However, when the boarding passes were issued, we were assigned different seats. My wife was assigned Seat 16, while I was assigned Seat 40. This was very disappointing, as we had specifically selected seats together when making our booking. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I would appreciate an explanation as to why our pre-selected seats were not honored.
