We flew economy and the seat space is no different from any other airline. The food was very good but at breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs and we had to eat dim sum. The depart from Narita (Tokyo) was delayed and we had a connecting fly to Frankfurt. The staff gave us directions and we made it with a little rush. No issue with the baggage in spite of the short layover. Excellent staff service

It was awesome from the start to the end. Cree was so professional and the way they treated passengers is phenomenal! And the food 10/10 😌 Loved it!
