There is not too much to like. Flight was almost an hour late. No food. No entertainment. Small seats.

Crew was ok. Food was ok. Airplane old. Screen too small. Movies just a few. Seats smaller comparing with any other airplane.

The flight was delayed by two hours, and when I boarded the plane from Copenhagen to London, I was surprised to find a large dog next to me without my knowledge or prior notification, which forced me to speak to the flight attendant and change seats.

My luggage didn’t get on the connecting flight and I had to wait almost 2 hours at AMS before I could travel on

TAP air has a lot wrong with it. Starting from only divulging the departure gate 5 min before boarding begins. So you have to sprint to the gate.Then no food or beverage. No entertainment. They took my wife’s ONLY carry on luggage out of the overhead storage and made her put it under her seat THEN put another passengers same sized in her previous overhead spot. But WAIT! They did it to the second passengers bag as well! Effectively playing leap frog with the baggage. I guess the last passenger with overhead baggage wins? And the departure was over an hour late. It was nearly comical to watch the ineffectiveness of the crew during boarding.
