We paid for the luggage before the flight via the Internet. They took another 105 euros from the card, without our knowledge, and deceived that the luggage was for another passenger from the team.We've been trying to figure it out for two days now.So far, no result.

The staff at Lisbon airport could have been more friendly and helpful, especially to an English speaking person

The flight attendants treat people as if we’re a burden. They have a short fuse and they are full of attitude. They are forgetful because they don’t care. I get asked the same question multiple times. Because they weren’t listening the first few times. They only work on specific things at specific times. If your plate is not finished by the time they come by to collect it, you will most likely be stuck with the empty plate in front of you for the next few hours. When you ask them for something, they treat you like you bothering them. Terrible business class experience all around. Will try to avoid this airline as much as possible.
