The flight was on time. Boarding was easy. Crew were helpful and warm. My only complaint is that the ITA hard product needs some serious TLC. The planes are old and worn out. Not very Italian chic.

My TV stopped working less than an hour into an 8 hour trip. We asked crew 4 times to fix it and they acted like we were inconveniencing them and never fixed it. This happened to multiple passengers. The food was also not good even by airplane standards.
