First flight itinerary was altered to leave a day early. Rearranged schedule and got an extra night non refundable. Then the Flight was canceled, no reason given. Reassigned to Lufthansa. That flight was canceled bc of pilot strike. What a joke.

Business lounge was proper. No refreshments. Poor drinks. Wet floor with no safety signs made my wife slip, fall and hurt herself.
