Overall, a good experience for 13 hours on a plane. Good service, delicious food - and hot! - a nice variety of entertainment on the screens, and comfortable "comfort economy" seats (for an upgrade price, of course).

The planes were on time, it smoothly got me to my destination. Boarding went smoothly as departure. The stewards were appropriate in their jobs. The seats were uncomfortable, the bathrooms did not appear to be cleaned during the flight. There was no running water for the sink, so a bottle of water was placed next to the sink to use for washing hands. The arm rest of my initial seat was broken, I was allowed to move to a seat with a functioning arm rest.

-Too many carbs on the food. Whatever happened to fruit and yogurt? -Entertainment in English was old!!! -Seats could be more comfortable!!!
