It was really good, first time flying with ITA Airways and nothing to complain or add to it.

My TV stopped working less than an hour into an 8 hour trip. We asked crew 4 times to fix it and they acted like we were inconveniencing them and never fixed it. This happened to multiple passengers. The food was also not good even by airplane standards.
