Pros: Standard flight
Cons: My connecting flights were terrible. I was kept at the airport on a layover to another city and they wouldn't let me board because they said my passport number was entered wrong on the reservation. This made no sense as I had gotten off another flight on my way back home. No one at the airport in Shanghai was helpful and it was really frustrating to think that I would be stuck in China. I was finally able to track down a international supervisor who was able to print out my boarding passes and let me board my flight. Unfortunately, another family with small kids were dealing with the same issue as me only their flight was leaving in 30 mins. I hope they were able to make their flight.

Pros: The price. It is a budget airline and you pay for everything...EVERYTHING. The food is great, but you have to pay for it. The entertainment options were very good and it was a cheap $9 for my flights between Sydney and Honolulu.
Cons: I have now flown to Sydney twice from Honolulu for a total of four flights. Each flight had at least one bathroom that was out of service. The website doesn't work very well and didn't always present all of the options to me. For example, I wanted to purchase a meal but the website only allowed me to purchase a generic voucher instead of a meal. Once the website was working, I called customer service and they wouldn't refund me the voucher so I could pre-purchase the meal or apply the voucher towards the meal.

Pros: For a budget airline, the food is excellent as is the service. The seats are on the smallish side but not as bad as some more expensive options.

Cons: arrived one hour before flight, all counter staff had disappeared. On-line check-in was not available as an option, could not get checked in and as a result missed my flight

Cons: Nothing really

Cons: The entertainment system constantly plays media you can't control during the full takeoff and landing times, you can't even turn off the screen. This was particularly annoying during a nighttime landing. Also most of the movies had their content edited.
