I was unable to get the WiFi to work.

No air conditioning upon entering aircraft and firing entire boarding process. During night time flight (departed Iceland 7:45 pm) didn’t enforce or even ask passengers to lower window shades so it was light the entire trip not allowing me to sleep. No food offered and extremely omitted drinks in tiny cups is not appreciated when international flight.

Poor airline departure execution.

Boarding process seems haphazard, especially in Iceland. No waiting areas and hige long lines.
4.0 Mediocre

Same thing as the other leg using Icelandair. Boarding the plane was a total joke. There was no organization like boarding groups. Just a mad dash for the gate to stand in line. No overhead space to stow carry-on luggage. The crew was nice enough but seems frazzled. They boarded the plane from both directions? Leaving passengers to meet in the middle of the plane (with their luggage) and try to navigate around one another to get to their seats. Come on, that's just stupid!
