Same thing as the other leg using Icelandair. Boarding the plane was a total joke. There was no organization like boarding groups. Just a mad dash for the gate to stand in line. No overhead space to stow carry-on luggage. The crew was nice enough but seems frazzled. They boarded the plane from both directions? Leaving passengers to meet in the middle of the plane (with their luggage) and try to navigate around one another to get to their seats. Come on, that's just stupid!

They lost our luggage on the way to and from. Still waiting to receive both checked luggage that didn't make a connection. We have been without an ETA for 72 hours at this point. It's ridiculous and unacceptable.

Absolutely splendid. I love this Trans Atlantic connection. Efficient, Cost Competitive, Punctual, and excellent Business Class. True Value for money.

The boarding in Reykjavik was the worst I ever had. No finger, bus from the terminal to the airplane and then up the stairs in freezing cold. I was sitting in business class, in row no. 2 and the airplane door was kept open as other passengers boarded. the cold wind getting into the airplane was unbearable, even after I rolled up myself in a blanket. This went on for half an hour until someone realized that they should turn the heat on. In a few minutes we went from freezing to sweating, which wasn't pleasant either. I told the flight attendant that I had had better boardings in Africa. The seats in Icelandair's business class aren't really business class, they're more like an enhanced economy class, with no foot support if you're sitting in the first row. And the food, during the flight, was the worst business class dinner I've ever had. Fortunately, the flight was only five hours long.

No complimentary meal. Snacks were nice but very expensive.
