This is the second time flying with Iberia , the seats are horrible ! Food was so so !

They don’t even give you water for a 3 hour flight !

They lost my bag, and those of several other passengers. I feel sorry for those heading to connecting flights, they may never see their bags again. I also am not sure I will see mine again. The Madrid airport is pretty disorganized and everything is 30+ mins from the check in area… so not entirely surprised this is a common occurrence.

In my two flights with Iberia, I found the crew to be unfriendly. The seating in economy is the most cramped I've ever experienced. The food was terrible. I will not be flying Iberia again.

Poor. Getting off the plane was a mess. The food was atrocious. The staff was terse. The worst part was how cramped the seating was on the plane. Most cramped I’ve ever been.
