The front desk was chaotic. The crew was extremely rude and unprofessional; they were yelling and shouting at each other and at the customers. They were unwilling to help, provide information, or even listen. They provide incorrect information because they do not bother to listen, and they send you from one person to another as each one claims it is not their responsibility to help. I am not sure whether this is standard practice, or if I was expected to pay in exchange for basic information. It was my first time using this airlines.

Flight delayed for over an hour yet there was no explanation or information on boarding. Baggage delivery was almost an hour delayed. This is below standards of Stat Alliance members.
