This was a really terrible experience. The car rental agent pressured us into purchasing the Collision Damage Waiver, even though I had already told him that, according to the rental policy, it was optional. The agent misled us by claiming that we were required to buy it. The CDW was even more expensive than the car rental itself, which is absolutely ridiculous. I would never use NU Car Rental again. Their business practices are dishonest and unacceptable.

Pickup was terrible. Had to call for a shuttle. Waited over 30 minutes in the Nashville heat. At the office, staff was rude. Card reader didn’t work. They finally had to email me a link so I could pay online after 20 minutes of hassling with the reader. Car had a huge sticker in the middle of the passenger side windshield.

This is the second time I rent with NU car rental everytime i pick up they assume I want to upgrade which they did both time. Customer service was okay but shuttle needs handicapped access.
