Pros:The staff was very rude to me. They couldn’t help me after they said I wasn’t able to pick up my rental which made it very difficult for me to travel around a state I did not know.

Cons:Honestly I don’t think it made my trip horrible.

Cons:Line for pickup was over an hour. Only 2 employees working. Was told after paying it would be an additional 45 min wait to get a car cleaned and ready.

They charged me for full-size vehicle and I only received a small one. Intermediate msize model because there was not sufficient inventory. But they did not adjust charges to reflect the actual size vehicle that fhey provided me with. The pickup area was chaotic as there were not enough vehicles for everyone so people scrambling to get whatever vehicles were available. Absolutely horrible customer experience.
