Here is the problem…… you rent it awd Ute next to Frazier island expecting to be able to use that awd ute on the island…….. nope can’t use any of their suvs on Frazier island. So no island only pavement. Waste of my money and time ……. No where said in any part of the previous contract online.

Staff making deals in exchange for high ratings. $50day add on fee to extend rental. Charge $15 to shuttle to airport. Airport 5 minutes away. Attempt to sell $9.49/gallon refueling convenience. Actually not Eurocar but Fox Rental. Never will use again.

I booked a car for San Francisco and you all changed it to Oakland! I have never been to Oakland and don't know anyone in Oakland. You all do absolutely nothing yo rectify the problem. The agent told me that they have had complaints and this before. I had 7 people with me! It was a nightmare! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You all still didn't give have a vehicle for me and my family! I was given the run around. "Call this number" , "call that number". No one wanted to take responsibility. Horrible Horrible company ethics!
