I was notified 23 hrs before my pick up that my reservation that I made weeks in advance had to be canceled . And that I would be put in line for my refund.
Terrible!!!! They rented my vehicle to someone else without letting us know. We were stranded without a vehicle in LA with children. When we called about our vehicle, they said theres nothing they can do and shut the phone on our face. We spent lots of money on uber to find another rental. It took a week to get confirmation that we are getting a refund on our vehicle. However still waiting for a response for our deposit. Never ever recommend or ever rent form them again!
There is too many things wrong with this place don’t even know where to start. Will never refer anyone to this place.
I rented a Chrysler mini van for our trip in Los Angeles, CA. Airport Van Rental was a very good deal compared to the other rental companies. The only issue we really had was trying to find their office when we went to pick the vehicle up because it’s located in the far back part of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I would definitely rent a vehicle from them again.
I arrived at 11:00 at airport. Because of transportation to the remote lot, I arrived at 11:45. I called the location to verify that they would be picking me up or asking if I needed to find another ride to the office via voice mail also left my number. I call 7 minutes later to find out they are now closed. So they said I forfeited my car and deposit when I called into the call center leaving me with no car and no refund even though I asked for direction. Even got proof!
