Pick up and drop was easy. Just one question: I left some items in the front seat. I stopped at a gas station on way to the airport and got three souvenirs and a roll and candy bar. Is it possible to get the three magnets back? Don’t care about edible items. Thank you!! I didn’t have any issues with vehicle.

I asked/booked for an “economy car” such as a Chevy spark or similar and ended up with a Dodge Challenger. I was trying to save money by renting a car one-way instead of flying and the challenger didn’t cut it in the MPG’s.

I was very impressed with how friendly and professional your staff was in Billings, Montana and in Denver, Colorado. The car itself was clean and comfortable. The tire air pressure sensor indicated that one of the tires was low. which was not accurate as I inspected it with an external tire pressure gauge. Overall, decent price, great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.

The van I rented was not available. But the associate I worked with me to rent me two cars for a cheaper price. That came with pros like more luggage space but having two cars was not ideal for my group. Thank you to the associates who did everything in her power to try to solve the van issue for me. Lastly, I did not like that both cars I was given had damage. One had a cracked windshield and the other’s plastic step to get into the car was cracked on the passenger side.

The Budget service person told me that the car I had requested had not been cleaned but was full of gas. I confirmed that it was a full sized sedan and asked what an upgrade would cost. Response was no additional cost and gave me a 4-Runner. It had 5600 miles on it and displayed a message that it "required an oil change". It smelled as if someone had smoked in it too. Because I was up against a time issue and there were people waiting for me to pick them up I took the vehicle. Appreciate the upgrade but having the warning message made me nervous as I had to drive the unit from Great Falls to Bozeman. It worked fine and there didn't appear to be any issues when I dropped off the vehicle. They shouldn't be sending our units needing service.

Would have been nice if I did not have to schlep my luggage thought the cold rain up the metal ramp just to get to the Budget counter inside the trailer outside in the parking lot at FCA and then schlep my luggage again through that cold rain again to the almost farthest point in the parking lot (after midnight) to get to my car. (I had a reservation you knew I was coming).

Proximity to airport baggage collection was excellent. Pick up and drop off was easy. We needed transport from Kalispell to Whitefish after dropping the car off. Some information on shuttle services would have been good.

It was generally good but the car had an expired California number plate and the control console was not checked beforehand. For example, some maintenance work was needed according to a yellow light and the tire pressure was not checked before renting the car to me! That is something I would expect to be done. And last but not least; the car was absolutely dirty outside (I had to bring it to a car wash first) and no vacuuming was done inside. The car itself was great but the service prior to handing out the car to me could have been better….

Pickup at the Missoula airport requires a short walk to an outlying location just beyond the terminal (no reflection on Thrify). Staff wasn’t very friendly. A chip in the windshield wasn’t indicated as previous damage so we had to call and report it. Car was very clean. Easy return.
