The lovely black woman who checked me in was the best (I am sorry I forgot your name!) But she understood that I was on a tight budget, and was able to patiently help me reschedule my rental to fit with the limited funds I had. She was amazing and I thank her for her help.

I got upgraded to a higher level of a cqrl than what I had signed up for, for the same price. I was also offered Sirius FM as a bonus and it was a joy to list to some of its radio stations. The car was clean and very comfortable. Overall the experience was excellent.

Extremely long wait time of 45 minutes to 1 hour, only 2 employees, limited availability of cars (mostly suvs) which are more expensive and not needed for this particular trip. However, representative helped to fix issue as original vehicle was not suitable at all for customer. Rep was very helpful which helped to diffuse the problem. Unfortunately there were only 2 employees which prolonged the wait time.

This rental was not for a car at the airport. It was off airport a good distance away, so I canceled the reservation. Kayak advertised that this rental was on Airport. This is a problem with your website.

I did not end up renting the car. When I arrived at Southaven Enterprise I was informed that I could not drop off on my drop off date. The store was going to be closed on my drop off day. Although I was able to use that day as a drop off date when booked the car, I was told I would be charged a late fee because they would not be open that day. I agreed, even though it wasn’t my fault they were closed on my drop off date. Then, at 4:00, I was told they didn’t know what SUVs were available at that time. I was told I would have wait an hour or longer to get my rental. I decided to leave and not use the rental.

My experience with the employees was fine. They were nice and were able to resolve my issue, which I appreciate. However, I was very unhappy with the overall transaction. I rented a standard car on Tuesday to pick up the following day and have for 3 days, returning Friday. I received a confirmation of my rental. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told they were sold out and that I could be on a waiting list for the next day. Since I was leaving town immediately that was not a viable solution. They offered me a tiny compact car, which would have been too small for me and my traveling companions. So they offered a truck, which I accepted. I do not like to drive trucks, they do not handle as smoothly, they're not as easy to drive and park as cars and they have worse gas mileage. So while they were able to meet my immediate need it was not an ideal or pleasant experience. Also the truck smelled like smoke and weed. Enterprise should not rent out cars if they're not available - it's a very stressful and unpleasant experience that will likely impact my choice of rental car companies in the future.

Brand new car that got amazing gas mileage. Emily at the counter when I picked up was very friendly and professional. There seemed to be something odd going on when I checked out, where the system was trying to charge me double, but that seemed to get resolved.

I like the rate. However when I got to the location to pick up the car they didn’t have what I wanted and only had dirty cars available. The first one I got was dirty and stink and the car had issues. For instance, the car needed air and was pulling. Was sent to three different locations to swap the car out and was told they were sold out or could only get another car that’s not clean that was just dropped off. I had to settle for another dirty car and it has mechanical issues as well. Customer service was no help either. They couldn’t help resolve any issues I had nor did they seem to care their company was renting out poor quality vehicles.

The lady at the Avis desk in Columbus, Mississippi was very friendly, kind and even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing time, she took her time to help. She was truly such a big help and made the entire rental process great!

I had limited time because of flight delays and an event I was trying to make. The one aspect I was hoping was not going to be an issue was picking up a car. I get to the booth and they inform me that even tho I had a reservation, there were no cars and I had to come back the next day. By that time all the other car rental companies had closed and I had to take a $50 taxi ride to make my event in time and then another $50 taxi ride the next day to pick up my reservation.

I arrived at 9am for car pickup. Line was 30+ people long due to major understaffing. Took at least 45 minutes to get up to the counter. Then was told that it would be a longer wait as they didn’t have cars ready to go again due to major understaffing of people preparing vehicles for rental. It was at least another 45 minutes to wait for a vehicle. The timeframe I lost should have been subtracted from my cost! Please make an adjustment for this and credit me money back. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If they could use a debit card like a credit card. Maybe thinking if it be available to the customers that they could use their debit card to be able use it for rental of cars. Cause some customers don't have credit card,they only have debit card or prepaid card these day. So your company may give it some thoughts into this, it may help new customers to come to your company for rental of a vehicle. Thank you.
