I like Air India. However the entertainment is very poor. This time my TV screen was not at all working. So please rectify the technical mistakes. After two months we will have to travel to New York.

Staff was helpful Very bad seats Reclining was so loose that it would not hold position and if someone from the back would try to hold and get up the whole seat would go back and disturb sleep.the restrooms were disgusting. Entertainment was not updated. No new movies

Entertainment is worst . Half of the remote buttons are not working . Food could be better and customer service is worst

General upkeep of the flight could have been better. One of the toilet in economy class stopped working within 3 hours of the flight. Selection of movies in regional language is not adequate. The monitor was not functioning properly. Map feature not working.
