After making a car rental reservation online, I arrived at the desk and was very upset to learn that no cars were available to rent. They charged me a partial amount for insurance upfront, and told me I had to contact the insurance company to issue a refund. Disappointing experience.

When I booked my car the price was per day. I was charged for 4 days and only had it 2. Having to contact my credit card company to dispute. Terrible customer service charging someone double the days. I will never book this way again.
