Like- The car was ready to go and the staff was very polite and helpful. Could have been better- The car was not clean on the inside. Very old vehicle, nearly 70k miles. At least one tire was out of balance causing a shake at normal highway speed. This was annoying to deal with on our 180 mile trip. Also, the alignment was bad, the car pulled aggressively to the right. All in all, the price paid for this rental was a bad value.

Accused of damaging the side mirror but never hit anything or even parked close to any other cars. Should have a process by which it’s not a he-said she-said situation with whether the car was damaged already or if the driver is liable.

Pickup took over 2 hours of waiting in line as hertz did not have enough emoloyees at the pickup counter. Despite everyone having a reservation, the wait was incredibly long.
