I thought kayak website hide many fee and Tex, make people to deal with. I booked a car for 10 days in 508 usd in kayak and when I arrived Miami, I had to pay 1,060 usd. The car was good, the price is ok, but I don’t feel well with kayak.com.

The car was a mess. We paid extra for an upgraded vehicle with the full insurance and the vehicles front bumper was barely hanging on, 44000+ miles on the clock and dents and marks all over it!

Great experience except the Camry was an obvious victim of a hail storm. Car was clean except for windshield. (I can’t get a rental with a clean windshield from any company in the past 3 years). Inside front fender splash guard was damaged and plastic was rubbing against tire. I would have mentioned this but I only had the car for less than 15 hours, was pick up late night and didn’t see damage until next day, and did not want to bring to their attention for fear of being financial responsible for the damage.
