I had great service at the desk but they charged $250 for tolls which is ridiculous and I ended up having to pay some tolls out of pocket because they didn’t have easy and I received the vehicle with the windshield wiper fluid low and and light on for the tire pressure which I handled myself but still annoying and I didn’t know where to go tell the person about dings when I picked it up but I payed for insurance anyway so I just left because I was already running but that’s my fault and I wanted the drop off location to Akron but not at the airport I ended up returning the car with the paperwork and keys in the glove box tried to the Akron budget not the one at the airport hoping that’s ok we realized after we got picked from the vehicle and left, I tried to call both budgets and their customer service but I had no luck. Overall it ended up working out and the guy who booked me was awesome their were just some issues like the tolls and vehicle I got itself especially for what I paid.

Pros:Staff was very helpful and the actual process once getting to the counter was fairly quick, after waiting in line for 2+ hours to pick up car.
Cons:The wait was extremely long and when we got the car it was absolutely filthy. There were French fries on the floor packet of barbecue sauce, tickets on the windshield from the previous drivers and the gas tank was only 2/3 full (200 out of possibly 300 miles) it also appeared like a soda bottle or something exploded inside the roof was completely covered with brown liquid splatter and there was sticky brown liquid drops all over the dashboard the visors the ceiling and rear view window. The sunroof also had yellow grimy spots all Along the edges of it and it smelled like stale pizza dough. We also had requested a “Hyundai Elantra” or something similar and the Ford eco sport we received was very small and uncomfortable for 5 adults.

They overcharged me for gas. The paperwork was not correct regarding the fuel level. I took pictures at pick up and drop off of the fuel. I left the car with more gas than I found it and budget charged me. The car was a downgrade for what I payed for. When I went to pick up the car there was no car in the spot. Two thumbs down.
