TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They advertise Low daily rates and then jack you on a million fees, limited miles, fees and more fees and More Fees. Called the number numerous times - NEVER got to a human being! Got message “we will call you back” - Never got a call back. I will say that the staff at the office were friendly and professional when we were there. No problem with the people! The problem is that you can’t get through to a Person when you call. And did I mention that they Jack you on a bunch of Fees?!?! Total cost was more than I would have paid to a name-brand company. DO NOT be fooled by “low daily rates”.

Agency demanded proof of insurance to rent car which I had already paid for. I produced my state farm ins. card but that wasn't good enough they wanted my policy declaration page or they would sell me ins.for 39.99. I refused ( no one carries their policy). They would not let me have vehicle and refused to refund money. I was in Miami and when I returned to main terminal there were no cars available for rent. My wife and I were stranded and after 120.00 dollars of cab rides and uber rides we were able to reach all of our destinations. I will never rent a vehicle through kayak or booking .com again. If I could bring legal action I would. Despicable car rental company.

Staff was aggressively pushy on purchasing insurance policies despite already having purchased it during the online rental process. They are not customer friendly, overheard previous customer being mocked and price gouge rates from original $50 offer to $185 per day rate. The overall experience seemed like a meat market with predatory attitude towards the customer. I will not return to this car rental. Best words to describe them “very grimy and sleaze - spirit airlines for car rentals” as another customer left to rent elsewhere.

This is the worst Car rental company!!! It’s a ripped off and abusive to all The customers! As soon as I walked I heard customers arguing with their staff and wndws up leaving the rental place and didn’t get the car. Another one same thing and when it came to me, the staff was rude, un professional! Asked me to show my insurance card and wanted proof of declaration and they have to have to be a certain amount! They wanted to charge my credit card $1000 plus fees to hold a car. They wanted you to get insurance from them and asked me to get toll fees and if I don’t have it, they will charge renters penalty of $23 each toll plus fees!!! Then they asked so many things so I decided to just cancel everything!!! No wonder why the 3 different renters ahead of me left!!! They should be investigated and penalized for their abuse and take advantage of people!!!

we rented a car for $100 for 3 days, when collecting the car another $200 was added for tolls and insurance that we were not aware of and was not listed on the site where we reserved. because it is a bit further from the other rental companies, we could not go anywhere. advice: go to a recognized rental company, which seems more expensive than the small rental companies, but in the end you will lose less money.
