Pros:Flight was on time. Check in was ok iwith all our checked in bags tagged as Fragile to signify priority baggage that came with our AirAsia Visa credit card perks. Boarding was slightly chaotic.

Cons:Room for improvement for priority checked in baggage upon arrival in Manila -- only 1 out of our 5 priority bags came out first while the other 4 came in last together with all the other non-priority bags.

They were superstructure with the 7kg carry on luggage weight and did not care that we had one less carry on which clearly made up for the extra few kg's. They could also use a few lesson in polite customer service.
