Boarding and flight were great. Bag check-in was very late due to some sort of computer delay...this caused long lines delays to get to security. Crew seemed experienced and efficient. Thank you! Of course, the price of the ticket is what allowed us to fly with you - thank you!

This purchase took me to KIWI for the final booking. I think KIWI may be a scam! KIWI took my money for booking, baggage, and seat selection… and then notified me the day of the trip that the purchase never actually went through! They refunded me only a portion of the money (for baggage)… but still owe me over $400 they have NOT refunded - for tickets that never existed! The customer service app for their site is terrible.

Cons:Everyone was moved around a lot to try to social distance so I was closer to more people than I would have been on a regular flight.
