Car was nice. Got to ticket counter after 5 1/2 hour flight at the Car rental center. Sign said to go to THrifty.. Went down the hall to Thrifty and waited in a snaking line of 20-25 people with only 2 people behind the counter. Fortunately I only waited 25 mins for service. Man behind the counter was extremely nice. Then went to get car and waited another 20 mins or so. But it took over an hour to rent a car after a long flight and getting bags and getting to rental car center. Got to hotel 3 1/2 hours after landing in Boston.

We NEVER got the car. We made the reservation through Kayak in MAY, which sent us to priceline. We showed up after a 10 hour overnight flight with our 3 year old and priceline had even sent us a confirmation before we got onto said flight that the car was ready to go. We went up to the counter and there was ZERO trace of our reservation. When we called priceline they said our reservation was there and fulfilled and the ONLY thing they could do was cancel it. What. Cancel a reservation that doesn't even exist as far as Dollar rental car was concerned? We were on the phone for an hour. They refused to help us in any way and were unapologetic. We had to pay double the price AND cut the time we had reserved the car for in half. I will never, ever, ever do a rental car through a 3rd party again. If you see a price here - don't do it. Go straight to the rental company, it is the only way to ensure you will have a car. Sincerely, Stuck in Boston
