Cons:Eventhough we ptovide all necessary documents Avianca staff in Airport Punta Cana ignored us and did not allow to fly. After that i made a complaint to Avianca Customer Service Administration about this, but no reply yet.
Avianca makes you pay for water or any other non-alcoholic beverage on an international flight, that’s not acceptable.
The are in decadence. Really bad experience in all sense.
