Allowed me to set a pick up for a time that they were closed. When I arrived no one was there aside from sales people. They were very dismissive.
They charged me 600USD more for an insurance I declined!
So easy and great service. Car was good too.
The car said it fit seven people but it was a little tight. Not a good fit for seven adults
I was scammed and overcharged by the pickup agent and ended up paying twice the rate expected. Certainly the worst experience in 30 years, without satisfactory response from customer service. I will never rent from Thrifty again
