Car was dirty, dented, scratched, and stained. Didn't have time to wait in line for a new car, so pointed out many of the various issues upon exit. I also didn't notice the dangerously low pressure in one of the tires until I pulled out on the highway. Then they had the nerve to charge my credit card $100 for a cleaning fee. Obviously never again.

Cons:Agent talked so fast I felt chaotic leaving with car. Turning in car seems too quick too. I don’t travel too much and I also value having a non-rushed conversation with a human being. Confused was my general feeling at dollar, but overall happy.

Car wasn’t clean, smelled of smoke and had over 30k miles on it. Additionally, the Dollar pickup counter was closed at pickup and I was sent to the Hertz counter. Upon return I was unable to locate Dollar car rental return lot. I had to call customer service to get an address only to find the signage badly faded, the booth unmanned, and no one to process the return of the vehicle. I took photos of the car and dropped the key into a drop box only to be then charged for an additional day because they said the car was returned two hours later than it actually was. In fact, I was boarding my flight in the terminal when they “say” the car was returned. NEVER AGAIN! I’m going back to dealing directly with the rental company and using only companies who actually staff their own counters/return lots. The “extra” day cost me $177! All because they can’t provide staff to process their own vehicle returns. BS.
