The pick up desk was closed when we arrived at our correct time of 9:00 pm. With a note we could get our car the next morning.

At pickup in Kansas city the Agent was awesome! She was professional, courteous, and extremely nice. When I dropped off in Chicago, there was no one in the office, so young lady just said to leave the keys in the suv and that was it. I wasn’t too sure if I was done or what but overall great experience

The vehicle was well maintained and clean. The attendant was pleasant; however, the seemingly obligatory up-sell pitch was there particularly in regards to the damage waiver. Damage waivers started at $49 and went up to $69 depending on the level. I purchased a damage waiver from a competitor a week earlier and paid $11. Overall the vehicle was good, easily accessed and turned in and customer service was good.

Pros:Staff was fine. The line was super long. Drop off box in Manhattan, KS was hard to find.

Cons:Hertz accused me of stealing my rental car. They have currently doubled charged me.
