I like the fact that they compensated me for another ride because they didn’t have the one I originally reserved. Great customer service!!
If you get a 15 passenger Ford Van from Enterprise, you may want to have a step stool. Anyone who has slight mobility issues, will find entry/exit to the van a bit of a challenge without the extra step. No "running boards" on the van.
Pros:The staff was incredible; friendly and cooperative (our flight was very late, the time was 11:45pm)
Cons:The check-in and check-out went like "clockwork". I truly can not think of how it could have gone smoother.
Armada did not provide enough cargo space and smelled of cigarette smoke.
We got upgraded to a larger size and class when the staff member noticed we had trouble fitting all our luggage into the booked car. Awesome car for a ling roadtrip, and a great experience overall.
