I got confused about the drop off location and struggled to find it. The customer service line would not get me to a human, googling the address gave the terminal instead of the correct location nearby the airport.

I make a reservation on kayak.con online and they dont honor that even with.a confirmation. They make me rent a diferent vehicle double the price and miami people dont know how to respect others i was late for my appoiment so i have no choice but this is the 2nd time happen to me in miami

Friendly helpful staff at the counter with low wait time was a highlight. Less great was the lack of any knowledge about the car itself by the staff on the lot. I rented a tesla and it was my first time, and no one had a clue about how it worked or what the program was in terms of bringing it back charged. As a result, i brought it back 69% charged and got hit with a $35 fee. Had i charged i known i would have spent another $5 and charged it to 80% and avoided the fee.
