Japan Airlines was very comfortable. They fed us two meals, a snack, and a refreshment for each flight. They also provided blankets and a pillow. The flight attendants seemed determined to make sure we received all of our meals, snacks, and refreshments. They were kind and attentive. The only concern I had was that I felt the lights could have been turned down earlier for our second flight from Tokyo Narita Airport to Vancouver, BC, Canada. I wanted to sleep, but the lights were still on. I was surprised they served us a late dinner, as I wasn't expecting anything. I think that was one of the reasons the lights were on so late.

My flight was cancelled by snowstorm.I got new flight next day but it was bad schedule. I had to book a hotel … If I booked by airline more easy and safe.Travel agent couldn’t help me anything this time. I had really bad experience

Japan Airlines is the best, their flight attendants and employees at the counter are so nice and accommodating, my wife forgot her jacket on our flight and an hour before we boarded our connecting flight they found it and got it back to us; you don't see that kind of service anymore. Their seats are comfortable and the food well-made. Always a great experience flying JAL.
