Japan airline is courteous, professional and incredible kind. The service was top notch. Everything went smoothly from checkin to arrival

1:They need to make their website more user friendly. It is terrible. 2. Need to be more flexible in their policies. Compared to other airlines they are poor in their policies. 3. Could not reach a person to talk to for some issues. Poor service that way. However, hostesses were very good in helping passengers. Tried using miles for making reservations,, and it was very unfriendly and almost discourages from using earned mileage. This time booked in a different airline. Hari S Doss
