Delay and communication was bad... Ended up sitting on the plane for over 3 hours and lost my evening in Tokyo with no compensation for mechanical

The flight from Japan to Seattle was uncomfortable due to the temperature was too high. The wife and I were sweating the whole way.

Very nice people, very delicious food. The first flight delayed 40 minutes due to PVG airport congestion, that made the connection a little tight. I wished to shop a little in the airport, didn't have chance. But everything went well.

The flight was OK. I just don’t know why I had to go from Miss swa to Osaki to go to Tokyo didn’t make sense to me.
