Avianca kept us waiting for several hours before cancelling the flight. We finally started our itinerary two days later. I asked for compensation, but Avianca refused stating that country of origin rules do not apply . Our return trip was also delayed, but long layovers caused us to arrive at our final destination on time.avi

Seats are cramped. No drinking water. Check inn was slow, just two people at the counter. Toilets in the plane were dirty.

I paid for a bussines class and the seats were nothing more then economy plus. Terrible planes and service.never again.

We were two hours on the plain before taking off, then, when we arrived the wait on the plane to come down was like 30 min plus some other 15 waiting for the bus to pick us up. The lines at immigration were enormous, 1 hr at least.
