The same issue as what I just wrote about the other flight. The business class is not business, it's basically semi comfort class but with a business price tag.

From check in to landing at final destination I can confidently say it was the worst experience in flying. 1. The gate agents charged us 125 for a personal item only because our sandals wouldn’t fit inside when at checking in at the counter I was told they were fine. 2. Surprise flight stop in Nicaragua that wasn’t listed on the ticket when first purchased. 3. Mean and demanding flight hosts on plane. 4. We paid 60 dollars extra for “plus” seating, it had no extra room. Terrible decision. 5. Connection in San Salvador was ridiculous, we were throughly checked after already passing security and at the gate every time we went to the restroom we had to be checked again. So stupid for a closed airport. It isn’t a budget airline because we paid 60 dollars extra for supposedly nicer seats that were exactly the same size. And 250 dollars at boarding gate because our sandals were hanging from our bag. Never again.
