Absolute pain to deal with this company. Tried charging extra for every step, and made it seem like they might charge me extra just for driving the car. Pay the extra 20 dollars and go anywhere else to rent the car

The staff were always hustling customers out their money. For example, I wasn’t given any choice in LDW and it was either I take it or forego the rental. Also I reserved a full SUV (Ford Explorer) but they claim Expedia did false advertising and all I can get is a mini SUV.

They force you into getting their insurance on top of the one you get. The deposit was crazy high and wasn’t fully refunded after being told the car was returned in the same conditions. To me it felt like a hustle and definitely won’t be booking with them ever again.
