They did not have a car ready and then after waiting 3 hours tried to pressure us in to paying twice the rental amount for insurance. Super rude and using scare tactics. Straight scammers and hustlers. You should take them off your site.

They were pretty accommodating -- wasn't sure how different drop off locations would work in Mexico, but it was pretty seamless. Got me a good ole' Nissan March and she made it from Oaxaca to Mazunte.

I showed up the day before my reservation just to make sure everything was OK. They said it was. They showed me the car. Then when I came the next day to pick it up they told me the radio wasn't working. I was about to take it on a long drive so I wanted the radio to be working and they said it would take several hours to get a replacement car. They also refused to provide discount or credit for the inconvenience so I ended up using Europcar instead and it was actually a bit cheaper.
expedia gave me the wrong address for where to pick up the car, as the company had moved. they have told expedia to change the address but they have not. The car was fine and the Economy staff were helpful.

I booked Economy car rental in Oaxaca international Airport, but in reality they are located downtown. We took taxi to the hotel, and next morning I picked the car with no problem and great service. The best part- I was able to drive to the airport when leaving, and representative met me there and picked the car from me. Overal it was a great experience.

Car was clean and price was relatively inexpensive.
The car had a dying battery which we had to replace ourselves out on the road. They reimbursed us for the battery and cables (that we bought to try to jumpstart the old one), but they didn't reimburse our taxi and time costs. Also, insurance prices are very high and they all came upon signing papers.
