Pickup from the airport was easy. We waited about 5 minutes to the shuttle to take us to the rental office that's outside of the airport. Once at the office, everything went smooth but was a little slow. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. If there was urgency we would have been under stress. The vehicle was great and clean. Everyone went smoothly upon return.
The didn't have our vehicle and tried to place us in a car that would not accommodate all passengers. They were dishonest in the course of trying to figure out a solution.
