We had to wait 2 hours in line to pick up the car. One of the ladies told my husband that because we forgot our credit card we paid with they would not rent the car to us. We tried calling Priceline and the reception at the airport was horrible that we could not get through as we were panicking that we would not get our car and then when we got to the desk there was no issue. Very frustrating. Once we got the car, the car was great. Loved the car.

Long, hot check-in lines. I had to exchange a car due to a tire issue, and the people at the return location were not helpful or friendly at all. It took 45 minutes to get the replacement.
