I will not use Kayak any more. The fine print in the reservation stated no cancellation policy, but it was so buried in the rental information, I had no idea I could not get a refund on the reservation. I had to cancel my business trip and was not able to reschedule or get a refund on the reservation.

I put a 3pm drop off on the order but they changed it to 8am and charged us for 7 extra hours. Incredibly frustrating experience all around. We’ll never go with Dollar again and will tell everyone we know to avoid Dollar

Dollar didn't have cars even if I had a reservation.

Customer service could have been better. Also, general information on returning the vehicle wasn't included in any conversation, but was a hand-written note separate from the other forms. A simple conversation would have been extremely effective (Like.. "you don't return the car here, you have to return it to a completely different and not super close facility.").
