Our car was cancelled and they were no help - booked 2 vans for 15 passengers - cancelled and wasn’t notified
Never even got the car. Got to the rental office and the line was 200 people long.
Cons:Waited 2 hours to pick up car
Car was very comfortable. Full tank of gas when I picked it up:-) The car was pretty dirty on the outside. Perhaps car rental companies stopped washing cars after each rental in order to cut costs.
The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.
