Great experience
First, the vehicle was disgusting and stunk horribly. We had to go wash it and clean the inside just to be able to handle the smell. When we got to the rental place, they stated that they would not rent to us unless we paid for their insurance. Which wasn’t written anywhere on the reservation. All sorts of hidden fees, ended up costing a considerable amount more than we were originally quoted. Overall not happy at all.
Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it!!! Address was totally wrong!! That address didn’t even exist!! Went to 3 different rental places and all were not it…no one had even heard of them. 4th place was it, they were VERY SHADY & wanted personal info we have never been asked for before! That sent up red flags so thank goodness I had paid extra for free cancelation..so I canceled it! Oh…and no airport shuttle from there either!!! We left and had a driver take us over to Budget/Avis at the airport with 24 hour shuttle service!! You should NEVER USE that rental agency!! They are crooked and not to be trusted!!!
The place was closed and the rental still accepted. Please shut this site down so others don’t get duped into thinking they have a reservation at a closed rental location.
Place closes at 4 pm. Arrived around 4:45 and not a soul in sight and no way to pick up keys. No calls no emails. Nothing. Never experienced a car rental place with that narrow of hours.
