Needed a last-minute one-way car for a 900 mile trip. Kayak showed a Camry for $60 by Budget. At the desk, Camry was not available, but “free upgrade” to Mitsubishi Outlander was. Agent said the e-toll service works for WV Turnpike on I-77, but it did not. Pickup and return, with paper receipt, were quick and easy. Cost for the $60 rental was $150, including the worthless $12 e-toll service. Kayak and Budget got us out of a jam after canceled flights home, in an adequate vehicle for three plus luggage. I would have liked Kayak’s quote to have been accurate, and the “equivalent” vehicle to have been so.

The whole process was perfect from check in to drop off . Car was as described. Clean and in good shape.

I booked the truck through orbitz for $409 I was tired the person at the desk was not clear talking through a mask my estimated total was $688 I questioned this but said only estimated I’ve since returned home to a $701 charge on my credit card never again !! I was ripped off !!
