We had a HORRIBLE experience with FOX rent a car! We got to the airport at 11:00 and got our luggage. We were out to the shuttle stop by 11:30. I called Fox rent a car at 11:38 and the lady assured me that a shuttle would be there every 15-20 minutes, as they run 24/7 and do not stop after midnight, even though their website said they close at midnight. We waited over an hour and no shuttle. We tried to get a hold of someone at Fox and finally did at 12:45. They said they closed at midnight and no more shuttles would be coming. We were INFURIATED! They lied an hour before and said the shuttles don't stop and encourged us to get an uber to get to our house and then come back at 5 am when they open. RIDICULOUS! Horrible customer service to lie to us in the middle of the night when they knew no more shuttles would be coming! I contacted them the next day and they said to contact priceline, who I rented the car through. I let them know that they should know their employees are lying and should be absolutely held accountable for such a terrible experience, and nothing back. If you are renting a car after 11:00, DO NOT RENT FROM FOX rent a car! There will be no shuttle and you'll have to rent a car through someone else anyway, or take an uber and come back in the morning. ABSURD! Never again.

Called for assistance and was on hold for 40 minutes. Had a problem with the rental; would not start, dead battery. Only to be told it was our problem and it was our error in that we must have left something on. I will not rent from Fox Orlando again. Had to spend half a vacation day to remedy problem/ get a replacement vehicle. Rep was helpful at the Fox rental site though, and gave us a $50 credit.
