Male service agent was rude. Called Advantage toll free number since we were having difficulty booking on our phones. Was told by toll free agent rate was same if we went to desk and booked. Agent at desk quoted a rate double and told us we could go back on the bus to the airport if we didn’t like it. Felt like “bait and switch”. We tried booking online again and we were successful. We then went to the female agent who was excellent, very pleasant and took care of the transaction. Online rate was excellent. The car was older and had scratches and minor dents, no big deal. We did take pictures of all to protect ourselves. There was no issue on the return. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Car was due for steam cleaning and radio was poor audio. Car drove fine.

No signage or instructions at airport to locate shuttle access to Wally Park. Voice-mail at Advantage gives wrong pick up area. Perhaps tell people what type of shuttle they are looking for? Not a great way to start the pick up process.
