Staff mismanaged reservation, got confrontational, threatened retaliation, Thugs including an April A rented me a car with one year expired plates and registration. Rental parking lot has vandalized abandoned cars. Junk.

After making the reservation they emailed to notify me that they had no vehicles available and that it was my responsibility to cancel the rental with the third party I booked it with. I will not use their service again.

When arrived they tried to charge me 2 1/2 times what I signed the contract with you for. Agent said I could rent from elsewhere if I was not happy. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited for a while then saw an older gentleman exiting the side and I asked him for a supervisor. He came back after five minutes and said to go back to the agent. I did that and it was all taken care of. Will not rent from Next Car again given this setup to gouge the customer and their dishonesty, and I recommend you all do the same. Can assure you this isn't the first time this has happened with them.

The company does not exist. Called them many times and they never picked up; went to their location and there’s no such place. Do not rent from them! It’s a scam!
