Alaska was OK. I'm not happy with the change to new rewards system. It was rolled out with no notification or explanation. Although I have the Alaska credit card, rewards points are being withheld from my mileage account. Even with the card, if you buy the low price saver fare, they punish you for it throughout your flight experience. Board last. No seat assignment. No opportunity for upgrades. I've been a loyal Alaska Air customer for years, but the overmonetization of every aspect of air travel is ruining the experience.

There was a mechanical issue caused a delay for 4 hours. Alaska didn’t care and didn’t provide enough information. It caused huge harm to me snd my family.

Everything was fine. The problem lays with Logan airport having us wait for more than hour on tarmac because our early arrival. There shall be some flexibility built for this at the airport, especially when things like earlier arrivals from west coast long haul flights. Your flight was otherwise good...departure on time.
