Horrible experience!!!! The local Thrifty office would not honor the reservation as they told me they didn't have cars. However, I was told that if I booked directly now, they had cars available but the price was 3x the price for the same car! Total scam. I can't believe Thrifty is allowed to conduct themselves this way.

Extremely disappointed! The vehicle the gave me - SUCKED! It gave me terrible GAS MILEAGE! It was a jeep and EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE VEHICLE!!! It gave me 15mpg! That’s not the car I requested to rent through Kayak!!!!!! I requested an economical car! I demand they give me 100% refund! I’m not sure who to blame; should I avoid this rental company or should I avoid using Kayak?
