I have an unknown $111 charge applied when I dropped the car off. What’s that about?
Cleaner car. It smelled horrible and was very sorry. I also was given the wrong car and they didn't have any of the one I requested
Paid for a 19 day car rental. They were closed when I arrived at the airport to pick it up at approximately 5 PM.
The correspondence could have been a bit better. Price seemed exceptionally high.
I picked up the car in the garage but did not realize things were not right until I left. That was my mistake. The car had not been cleaned at all and only had 5/8 of a tank of gas, not a full tank as was indicated on the paperwork. It took 3 days of calling the number just to contact some one who would listen to my complaint. They noted it in my record and told me to return it 5/8ths full and tell them when I returned the vehicle. The person who checked me back in still charged me for being short on gas and told me to go to customer service. After walking up to the car rental desk, I discovered that they were closed. So now I’m out about $50.
