There was a very long ling at the pickup counter and a significant delay in receiving the vehicle. It was very nice that the attendant gave us a free upgrade to a slightly larger vehicle.

the line to pick up the car was terrible. the agents were working hard but there were noit enough of them. stood in line for two hours. other than that everything went well.

The line at the pick up counter was long since there was only one (1) counter rep working. After about 10 min another counter rep returned and it helped to shorten the wait time, but it still took 25 min to get to the counter and begin the rental process.
