The dropoff system is terrible. Why is there not an immediate confirmation of the return? My return was to a parking garage, not an airport office. But why is the system not good in this location? It's days later, and I'm still trying to get the rental closed.

I spent over 2 hours in line to get my vehicle. It made me late for what I initially rented the vehicle for in the first place. It was a complete waste of $100.

Couldn’t even pick up the car because the line was too long (2+ hours). Made other arrangements.

The line at pick up was out the door, almost 45 minute wait, another 10 minute wait for car to be available while several full size cars sat in the rental lot

After confirming the rental/putting through the payment, the price was "adjusted" to add $40. When I got to pick up the car, it turns out the cost had actually doubled from $200 to $400ish, with an additional $200 charge that would be refunded. So I had to hand over 3x as much money as they said I would. Obviously, I didn't have a choice. Felt like highway robbery. Disgusting.
